When I received a letter from Linebarger, Goggan, Blair & Sampson LLP informing me of my "serious delinquency", namely a $603 fine for a $27 expired tags citation from 1-25-06, I was upset to say the least. After fuming a few days, I was almost willing to take it, until I found out there are 80,000 of us. I realized I couldn't do anything by myself, and decided to utilize the power of the internet to create a social action group. A network for change. What follows is an account of our progress.
